ABOUT: This 45,000 m² competition project reimagines a mixed-use urban block in Amsterdam as a collaborative hub for living, learning, and working. Combining residential units, offices, and the Media College, the design emphasizes co-production, where citizens and stakeholders actively shape spaces and services. A porous podium connects to the city through semi-public common areas, while towers and slabs rise above in a vertical gradient of functions, ensuring diversity, interaction, and a strong integration of education, community, and urban life.
