Tucked into the wooded slopes of Mount Kosmaj, this resort concept envisions a small community of holiday villas immersed in nature. The masterplan includes a central villa and a series of individual huts, each carefully placed to follow the natural terrain and preserve the forest landscape. Designed as a retreat for temporary living and recreation, the project blends contemporary architecture with the tranquility of its environment, creating a balance between comfort and wilderness.

Conceived as a rental concept, the resort is intended for short stays, remote work, and team-building retreats, offering a peaceful alternative to the urban rhythm of Belgrade. Flexible spaces and natural surroundings encourage both productivity and relaxation, making the resort an ideal setting for creative work sessions, group gatherings, or quiet escapes into nature.
