ABOUT:  Location: Jelsa resort offers a modern and authentic Mediterranean holiday experience, located in the Town of Jelsa on Hvar island, less that 50m from
the sea and the main town promenade. The complex interprets the scale, nature and tradition of Hvar settlements both in terms of its urban
configuration and in terms of the proposed materiality, landscape and nature preservation. It lies on a northern slope of the island offering a
view to the Jelsa bay and the Brač island.

Residential resort: Five house - like segments are proposed on three plots (A,B,C) offering 22 housing units for sale and three principal ambient: a poolside garden close to the sea on the north, a central piazzetta, and a pine garden on the south side. Apartments are distributed on three levels and offer
different orientations and vistas (sea view, street view, pool view, garden view).

Features: All apartments include a parking spot in the underground garage and a storage room. Ground level apartments always include a private garden, apartments on the first floor have a larger loggias, while the top level apartments include the access to the private roof gardens, equipped with shaded pergolas, summer kitchens and outdoor showers.
