We present the interior and exterior design concept of a contemporary villa defined by open, comfortable spaces and a carefully curated palette of accents that give the house a clear and recognizable identity. Through the use of niches, frames and recessed surfaces, the interior is articulated into characteristic “visual embraces” that are rhythmically repeated throughout the house, creating a coherent and continuous spatial narrative.
The façade is materialized in large-format ceramic cladding with a stone texture. The lower levels are treated with a rougher finish to visually ground the building, while the upper volume remains lighter and more restrained, emphasizing clarity, balance and a calm architectural expression.
Slim linear elements are used within the interior design to break down larger surfaces and introduce order, proportion and rhythm. In selected areas, these elements take on additional roles as integrated lighting, shelving or material transitions, seamlessly merging functional requirements with a refined architectural expression.
